Hartmut Wischnat is married and has one son. He serves as a Pastor in Heidelberg and Mannheim, Germany. He studied computer science and theology and has more than 20 years of experience in working with people. He is also the Director of All Power Germany and holds seminars at home and abroad. He loves to share how to live an abundant life with Jesus.
In the second workshop we'll take a closer look at appeals in general, appeal making and why we need appeals. What is an appeal? How do I make an appeal? And how can I become someone making an appeal?

• Appeal making – American or biblical?
Roland Lachmann is senior Pastor of the church district Heilbronn, Germany. Before that he served for four and a half years as a Pastor and Missionary in South Africa. This time has had a tremendous impact on his ministry. Further training in evangelism, at home and abroad, has extended his area of responsibility. Holding seminars, giving schooling and training, as well as lecturing are part of his daily work. His vision and goal is to reach people in and out of the church by painting Jesus before their eyes. He is married and has eight children.
